"Mrs S would like to thank all your staff for the kindness they showed and the help they gave her when she was very upset and distressed.
Being 81years old disabled and registered blind Mrs S finds it difficult dealing with a lot of areas of her life. When her ceiling collapsed she was devastated. The speed in which your staff and workmen dealt with her problem made her life much easier. The room has been plastered where needed, the lighting and fan checked and replaced and the decorating done to a very high standard with even a new border chosen by your team at her request. I dealt with the office staff over the phone who were extremely helpful. I explained that I was on holiday the week the work was to be carried out. Because of this they made sure everything was in place, also sending someone to check to make sure everything was correct. Even repainting a mark on the wall to make sure it was perfect. The room now looks lovely. On behalf of Mrs S and myself we would like to say a big thank-you to you all, and would recommend your company to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH"

"Dear Heightvale, Your firm has just finished installing a new floor, new cabinets, sink, toilet and vinyl floor cabinets in my bathroom and I am pleased to say that not only am I delighted with the finished result but I was thrilled with the service I received. Your unfailingly polite and friendly workforce turned up exactly on time on the day arranged, worked cleanly and efficiently to schedule, by the end of the first day I was left with a flushing toilet which after the best part of a month using a bucket was a delight. The final result is nicer than I anticipated with the freshly decorated surfaces I did not expect. Over the course of the work I was contacted daily by a very friendly lady from the office to check I was happy with the work which would have been very useful had I had any concerns that I did not want to bring up with the workmen in the house. You see so many horror stories about cowboy building firms and jobs dragging on that I feel I really got lucky when my insurance company appointed you to do the work. I have already recommended your firm to friends. Thank you for making my bathroom normal again! Yours sincerely"

"Dear All, Many years ago I remember an advert on the television for an insurance company who's strap line was " We won't make a drama out of a crisis" ,when one returns home to find that the hot water pipe has ruptured turning a family home in to a cross between a sauna and the municipal swimming pool, crisis seems to be somewhat of an understatement !! We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks, to your surveyor for his reassuring tones, and positive approach , the office staff who kept us updated and confirmed we were happy with the progress, ( yes I know it sound like an academy award acceptance speech !) all the trades people ceiling, painting, electrics, flooring for turning our 'crisis in to quite a nice experience' all in all .Thank you very much. "Dear HeightVale Ltd, We are writing to express our thanks to all the staff involved with our recent insurance claim. The initial phone call was made to our Insurance company on Monday 13th June to log our claim. She arranged for the Insurance Assessor to visit on Tuesday, who then arranged for the surveyor from your company to visit us on Wednesday. As well as being impressed with the speed of this we immediately had our minds put at rest by these gentlemen and we knew from these visits that the claim would be dealt with professionally and efficiently. Following these visits one of your staff sent out a schedule of works and kept us up to date with progress of the claim throughout. All the tradesmen who carried out the work on our property were very polite and courteous.
They always turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves and we were extremely pleased with the high standard of work they carried out on our property, especially from the plaster and decorator. All aspects of the claim was dealt with excellently, we cannot express our thanks enough to all the staff involved and we felt that all the staff wanted to do the best job they could to make our house a home again.
